Required proof for initial card production: A state issued Driver's License or Identification Card, a U.S. Passport, a U.S. Military ID, a U.S. Department of State ID Card, or U.S. Territory Identification Card. Foreign students, faculty, staff, and affiliates must present one of the following: Matricula Consular, I-551 Permanent Resident or Resident Alien, or foreign passport.
