Meals are served during "meal plan periods." There are four periods per day (three on weekends and holidays), i.e. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Late Night.
Breakfast - 7:00 a.m. to 10:59 a.m.
Lunch - 11:00 a.m. to 3:59 p.m.
Dinner - 4:00 p.m. to 7:59 p.m.
Late Night - 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Brunch - 10:00 a.m. to 1:29 p.m. (Continental Breakfast until 11:00 a.m. Full Breakfast after 11:00 a.m.)
Late Lunch - 1:30 p.m. to 3:29 p.m.
Dinner - 3:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
The Basic 10 and Classic 14 meal plans are restricted to one meal per period. The "Plus 5" Retail Meals are also restricted to one meal per period. All other meal plans do not have any period restrictions.
